We currently serve Anderson, Bell, Bosque, Collin, Coryell, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Falls, Henderson, Hill, Johnson, Kaufman, Limestone, McLennan, Navarro, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties. Some areas, such as McLennan and Dallas County, offer monthly savings, such as Mini Pop-up Events. Full Pop-up Weddings
We're traveling the Great State of Texas providing affordable wedding and reception options. Follow us on our social media platforms to see where we're headed next!
Online scheduling for Pop-up Weddings open 1-2 months before each scheduled date(s). All pre-scheduled services receive a $50.00 discount. Walk-ins are accepted on a first come, first accommodated basis, and as schedule allows.
All services include a Wedding Officiant to sign your marriage license, which must be obtained at least 72 hours before the event date.
The couple may obtain their marriage license at any county clerk's office
within the state of Texas.
All Pop-up Weddings events will include a pre-decorated area for the ceremony, seating for up to 50 guests, a bridal bouquet to use during the ceremony, a groom boutonniere to use during the ceremony, and ceremony music. Some Pop-up Weddings locations will include a joint wedding reception. Couples who schedule a Marriage License Signature Service, or an Elopement Ceremony have the option to attend the joint wedding reception as well.
Marriage License Signature Service
This option is popular with couples who are having an out of state or destination wedding, yet still desire a Texas marriage license. It's also a great choice for couples who choose to bypass an actual ceremony. With this service, the Wedding Officiant will sign the couple's marriage license without a ceremony or vow exchange. The couple may obtain their marriage license from any county within Texas, we do not provide the actual marriage license. This service is $100.00 if you pre-schedule online, and $150.00 for walk-ins.
Elopement Ceremony
This option is for the couple only, no guests. With this service, the couple will be allotted a 20 minute time slot in the pre-decorated ceremony area to exchange vows and take photos. The couple may use the provided bouquet and boutonniere for the ceremony, or bring their own. Music will be available as well. A Wedding Officiant will perform the vow exchange as well as sign the marriage license. The couple may obtain their marriage license from any county within Texas, we do not provide the actual marriage license. This service is $250.00 if you pre-schedule online, and $300.00 for walk-ins.
Wedding Ceremony
This option is for couples to share their wedding ceremony with up to 50 guests. With this service, the couple will be allotted a 30 minute time slot in the pre-decorated ceremony area to exchange vows and take photos. There will be seating for up to 50 guests. The couple may use the provided bouquet and boutonniere for the ceremony, or bring their own. Music will be available as well. A Wedding Officiant will perform the vow exchange as well as sign the marriage license. The couple may obtain their marriage license from any county within Texas, we do not provide the actual marriage license. This service is $500.00 if you pre-schedule online, and $550.00 for walk-ins.
Joint Wedding Reception
Some of our Pop-up Weddings events will include a joint wedding reception. There will be a separate reception area set up for all couples to enjoy together on a come and go basis. The reception includes decorated seating areas, music, a one-meat meal with two sides, dessert, and unlimited beverage table (water, lemonade, sweet tea, unsweetened tea). All couples who purchase the wedding ceremony option will receive 20 reception tickets.
Additional tickets may be purchased online or day of. This service is available to all at $10.00 a ticket if pre-ordered online, and $15.00 at the door.
Each ticket is good for one meal purchase.
